NYSED/CUNY Turnkey Training: ESOL

Our regional ESOL Master Teacher, Gavin Donohoe, will share the treasure trove of materials he received at the latest NYSED/CUNY Master Teacher Institute. Gavin is prepared to demonstrate how these lessons have been adapted for adult ESOL learners, including teaching strategies to accommodate this cohort of learners. He will also share hands on learning experiences that can be implemented in any ESOL classroom.

This 6 hour training counts toward the 14 hours of professional development requirement for all NYSED funded program staff.
