This training session will help practitioners increase their knowledge and skills to provide instruction and supports that are effective and appropriate to the needs of adults with learning disabilities (LD) and other struggling learners. Utilizing training curriculum from Learning to Achieve, an evidence-based training focused on working with adults with LD, and other resources, this interactive workshop will offer practitioners information and practical instructional strategies for teaching Reading, Writing, and Math.
This 6 hour training counts toward the 14 hours of professional development requirement for all NYSED funded program staff.
