AI Literacy: Preparing Students for Success in a Digital Age (VIRTUAL)

AI is a powerful tool that can be used to significantly enhance adult education by personalizing learning, providing instant feedback, and automating tasks. But this technology is new to most teachers, administrators and students, and navigating the world of AI can seem overwhelming. This workshop will cover the importance of AI Literacy, distinguishing AI-generated images from real images, and benefits and limitations of AI. This workshop will also focus on what AI can do for adult education teachers and students.
This 2 hour training counts toward the 14 hours of professional development requirement for all NYSED funded program staff.
